Terms and Conditions
Stonemasons Barn is bookable for Over 18's ONLY
Tobacco Barn is bookable for Over 18's ONLY
We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due no less than 8 weeks prior toarrival.
A refundable security deposit of £150 per gite is also payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept pets.
Smoking is not permitted inside either of the properties nor anywhere within our boundaries, including around the pool, terrace or gardens.
